David has been a registered professional engineer since 1984. He is registered in Arizona and California. He will soon be registered it Texas. David has worked in the engineering consulting industry since 1995. Prior to 1995, David worked for a large multi-national oil company in a variety of technical positions.
His experience as both a client and consultant gives him an thorough understanding of your requirements for both large and small projects.
